Here is a brief description of the supported Escape on Purpose charities. You can select your charity during the booking process and a portion of the booking price will be donated to your charity.
Independent AnimalRescue
Independent Animal Rescue (IAR) serves the Durham, Chapel Hill and immediately surrounding areas. We are foster home-based and 100% volunteer, which means that all of the money we receive from donors goes directly to our mission of rescuing and caring for homeless cats and dogs in our community.
StepUp Durham
StepUp Durham provides free training, referral, and support services to unemployed and underemployed people, including those with barriers to employment like a criminal background or gaps in work history. We support Durham residents working towards financial stability for themselves and their families.
Wounded Warrior Project
As a Corporate Champion partner with WWP, we are able to help provide life-changing programs free of charge to over 100,000 wounded warriors, their families, and caregivers. Through this support, warriors are able to connect with each other, overcome mental health challenges, lead active and healthy lives, and find rewarding civilian careers.
